Who this is between

These terms govern your use of pixai-ai.io. They apply from the moment you load a page. They do not apply to PixAI itself, whose terms sit at pixai.art/terms and are enforced by Mewtant Inc. and METANOMALY PTE. LTD. If you subscribe to PixAI through the /go redirect on this site, PixAI's terms apply from that point forward, not these.

What this site is

pixai-ai.io is an independent editorial access resource. It publishes coverage of PixAI: how to reach the official site, how to identify the genuine mobile apps, what the platform costs, how the content rules work, and where it is measured against competing platforms. It does not host generations, take prompts, or run any part of PixAI. Scope and independence are on the about page and the editorial policy page.

Age

You must be 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site. Confirmation is required at first visit; the reasoning is on the age verification page. Using the site while under age is a breach of these terms and revokes any right to continue.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape at a rate that degrades service for other visitors, not to attempt to bypass the age gate on behalf of others, not to inject content into any interactive element, and not to reproduce this site's editorial text on a page that could be mistaken for the original. Quoting with attribution and a link back is fine. Scraping the JSON-LD as a public data source for a machine-readable summary is fine.

External links and redirects

Links to PixAI (through the /go redirect), to Discord, X, TikTok, App Store, Google Play, and to third-party reviews are provided as-is. This site does not control the content of those destinations. Any transaction on those services is between you and the operator there. The current PixAI pricing shown on this site is a summary; any purchase decision should verify against PixAI's own pricing page and payment FAQ, per the caution on the home page.

Editorial accuracy and no warranty

Every claim on this site is written to be accurate on the date it was published or last reviewed, and every article carries a dateModified stamp in its JSON-LD. PixAI's platform changes independently and a fact that was true last week can be out of date next week. Use this site as one input, verify money-touching decisions on PixAI's own pages before you subscribe, and take special care around anything Trustpilot has flagged (billing renewal patterns). Nothing here is legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pixai-ai.io and its editor are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or of any third-party service reached through a link, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, lost credits, subscription charges, and content-moderation decisions on external platforms. If you are a resident of a jurisdiction that does not permit some of these limitations, they apply to the extent permitted.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless pixai-ai.io and its editor from any claim arising from your use of the site in breach of these terms, including but not limited to your reproduction of the site's editorial text without attribution, your bypass of the age gate on behalf of a minor, or your use of the site to route abuse traffic at a third-party service.

Intellectual property

Editorial text, structure, and the brand illustrations generated for this site are the property of the site operator, protected under applicable copyright law. The PixAI name, logo and any product marks referenced belong to Mewtant Inc. or METANOMALY PTE. LTD. and are used here for factual description only. Use of any third-party mark on this site does not imply an endorsement in either direction.

Corrections and takedowns

Factual corrections and takedown requests go to the editor on LinkedIn. Intake within one business day; verification and publication within three business days if the change is warranted. Full process on the methodology page.

Changes to these terms

Material changes update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the change. If a change is one you cannot accept, stop using the site.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where the site operator is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule of your habitual residence requires otherwise. Nothing in this clause limits any right you have under such a rule.
