pixai-ai.io does not produce, direct, manufacture, publish, reproduce, sell or distribute any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as those terms are used in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A. This site is an editorial access resource covering PixAI. It publishes text about the platform, screenshots of interface elements where a public URL is available, and abstract brand illustrations generated for this site's own use.

No producer status

pixai-ai.io is not a producer within the meaning of 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c). Neither the operator nor the editor selects, arranges, records or distributes any depiction that would trigger the recordkeeping requirements of § 2257 or § 2257A. The site's illustrations are non-photographic brand graphics rendered from vector primitives and typography. The persons referenced in editorial content (Rissa Cao at Mewtant Inc., Mewtant staff replies on Google Play, a Mewtant developer response on the App Store in May 2026) are named for factual attribution only.

Third-party platforms

Links to PixAI and to third-party platforms open outside this site. Compliance with § 2257, § 2257A and any equivalent recordkeeping obligation for content hosted, streamed or distributed on those platforms is the responsibility of the operator of each of those platforms, and their own § 2257 statements apply from the moment you follow the link.

What PixAI itself allows and blocks

PixAI's Content Guidelines prohibit any sexualized depiction of minors, fictional or otherwise, with account termination and no data recovery as the penalty. Realistic-style NSFW is prohibited platform-wide, per an official news post about content policy. The Sensitive tier is visible only to the creator, and is not shown in the mobile apps at all, per the same news post. The home page covers those rules in detail with named source attributions.

Custodian of records

Because pixai-ai.io does not fall within the meaning of a producer under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c), the custodian-of-records requirement of § 2257(e) does not apply to this site. For the underlying PixAI platform, the custodian is a matter for Mewtant Inc. or METANOMALY PTE. LTD. and is stated on PixAI's own § 2257 disclosure where required.
